  The RST Court & Staff link above provides information about the Rosebud Sioux tribal courts and staff.

  The RST Code link will give you access to the Rosebud Sioux Tribe Law and Order Code. Please be advised that the Sicangu Oyate Bar Association makes no assurances that the code, as it exists here on the website, is accurate. We have done our best to include accurate information but encourage you to research the law to determine whether our information is current.   This website also provides an Appellate Digest of cases decided by the Rosebud Sioux Tribal Court of Appeals. The digest is current through the date indicated on the first page of the document. (See disclaimer.)

  The link for the Attorney Roster contains contact information about attorneys and advocates that are licensed to practice in the Rosebud Sioux tribal courts and is current through the date listed on the roster.

  The Membership Information link sets out the procedure for becoming a member of the Sicangu Oyate Bar Association.
